Kitchen.

Healthy cooking starts with your appliances. Here are my most recommended and favourite low tox kitchenware and appliances.

Solidteknics

The best pans and healthiest pans in my opinion. Made from Wrought iron from a solid sheet, our cookware has no synthetic, toxic coatings so you can cook with peace of mind. Built to last and Australian made. On of the best investments I have made.

I have the AUS-ION™ 26cm Frypan and the AUS-ION™ 30cm Frypan which are both great sizes for all your fry pan needs!

Le Creuset

They are super expensive but honestly SOOO worth it. Put it on your Christmas list and buy it either the boxing day sales (20% off) or even the black Friday sales. I use it for EVERYTHING! Perfectly designed for stews, roasts, soups, casseroles and baking, this iconic piece is your one-stop pot for memorable meals with an intense depth of mouth-watering flavour.

I personally have the Cast Iron Round Casserole in 26cm. And it the perfect size. I use it to cooks legs of lamb no issue for around 6-8 people!

Slow cookers I recommend

Breville The Smart Temp 6L Slow Cooker

Cuisinart Slow Cooker Flavour Savour 6L

Russell Hobbs 7L slow cooker

Not all slow cookers are created equal. Most are nonstick or ceramic and contain lead. I have done my research and these are my top 3 picks for toxic free cooking. With a budget for everyone.

Vitamix

The best blender on the market. I use this every single day. It again is so worth the investment. All of them are amazing I have linked my exact one as I think its the best value for money whilst still having all the features. I make soups, Pancakes, Banana bread, protein balls, granola and of course smoothies - along with so many other things.

Coffee Machine

Investing into a coffee machine I think is a smart move if you are wanting to move into making lattes at home with your own high quality organic beans and good quality milk. The one I have is incredible It is the Breville The Barista Express and have had it for 2 years with no issues. I like that it doesn’t have a digital screen either so it is old school and reliable.
