Do you only work with mothers and mothers to be? 

Yes, my complete focus is on mothers! This is due to my passion and training in motherhood focused health and nutrition. 

The only time I work with women who are not mum’s or pregnant is for their preconception health journey. This is another offer I run along side my husband, Marcus. We do a 12 week preconception program together.

How long is the programs for? 

All my programs are 8 weeks (besides the preconception program).

I find this is a great amount of time for you to start to feel and notice a big difference in your overall health and wellness. However it can take longer to heal if you have more complex health issues. This is why I offer continuation health support if this is the case. 

How do you get your blood work done? 

You have two options;

Once you sign up for a program with me I will send you a link to get some blood work done through a website where you don’t need to see a GP, that way you can go directly to the pathology and have the bloods taken. Or you can simply take my blood request form to your GP and ask to have the blood work completed. Once you have the results you simply email these through to me.

I don’t want to commit to the 8 week program, however I  just need some more basic nutritional & health advice?  

I do 1:1 consultations that are $150 for 45minutes. This is personalised advice on nutrition and supplementation support. Book here!

Do I need to stop eating the foods I love and is the program restrictive?

I don’t like to restrict my clients I want them to make healthy upgrades instead, I am all about education on what you can eat rather than being restrictive. I show you the healthy upgrades of your favourite foods and meals. You also get my shopping list with all my favourite health products and foods.

When is it best to start your Postpartum program?

Postpartum is forever - there is no right or wrong time. Whenever you feel comfortable and ready to start to implement change and upgrade your health. I work with mothers in the early weeks of having a baby all the way up to mothers with older children. 

How many weeks pregnant do you need to be to work with you? 

I support mothers through out the entire pregnancy however my pregnancy program is designed for the 2nd and 3rd trimester. This is due to the first trimester sometimes being quite challenging for mothers with morning sickness. If you want to work with me during the 1st trimester a 1:1 consultation is a great place to start. 

I want to work on myself and also my children’s health?

The best thing about my program is it is family friendly. I share ways to make sure the entire family is eating healthy and thriving. I also do a half priced rate on the second program if you would like to do the postpartum and baby/child program . The same goes if you would like to work with me during pregnancy and postpartum programs.

Can you pay for the programs via a payment plan? 

Yes, I offer payment plans for all my programs. It costs and extra 10% for the set up. 

Where do I start? It can be a little overwhelming when I don’t practice any of the rituals and food that is recommended? 

I meet you where you are, with guidance and education being my main focus. 

I make sure the program and plan is suited to your needs and start with the basics around nutrition and lifestyle and build you into taking control of your health and your families health. 

When working with preconception clients do you work with the partner also? 

Yes, we work with you both and offer a discounted rate for both partners to do the journey. It takes two to make a healthy baby so the importance of both partners being as healthy as possible is our passion. (It is not just on the women) 30% of fertility issues is due to poor sperm health.

How long should your pre conception journey go for?

This completely depends on the individual however 3 months is a good amount of time generally however for more complex health issues around 3-6months is a good amount of time.
