Summer Loaded Oats with Butter, Egg & Collagen.

My summer oats are not only loaded with all the essential fats and proteins. They are delicious and fresh

Super easy gluten free and for the entire family to enjoy.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Organic Gluten Free Oats

2 1/2 Cups of Water or Milk of choice

Pinch of sea salt

1 Tbsp of Butter

1 egg

1 Banana Mashed

2 Tbsp of Collagen Powder - I use NourishMe

1 Tsp of vanilla extract

1 Tsp of Cinnamon

Toppings:

1 Mango

Goats, sheep or coconut yogurt

Raw honey or Maple Syrup

Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add Oats and Water or Milk to a pot on medium heat

  2. Stir in Butter, Egg and Collagen, Banana, Salt, Vanilla and Cinnamon.

  3. Cook about 5 - 10 minutes over medium heat: stir occasionally.

  4. Once oats are creamy and cooked add to bowl

  5. Top with Sliced Mango, Dollop of Yogurt of choice, Honey or Maple and Chia Seeds.

  6. ENJOY!
